Eligibility

1.Those who have completed academic education of 12 years or more or those whose academic capability is equivalent the one of 12-year school education (by YJLS approval) 2.Those who are physically and mentally in good condition. Those who are able to abide with the rules in Japan. 3.Those who have a guardian who resides in the Tokai district. Those who are able to take responsibilities for his/her own daily life.

Notices

* Even if the Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status should not be issued for a student, the Entrance Exam fee shall not be returned to the student. * The Admission fee includes Facility fees. * After the Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status is given to a student, there will be no refund for the tuition and fees. * The amount listed above includes consumption tax. * In case a student was to subject to an expulsion or dismissal from the school on his/her responsibility, the tuition previously paid shall not be refunded. * In principles, students are required to make the full payment (for one year) of the tuition and fees upon the admission. For the second year, the tuition and fees must be paid at the beginning of the term. (Students in 6-months courses are required the payment of the tuition and fees for six months)    

Student Dormitory

* Dormitory Fee \20,000 a month (single room), \15,000 a month (double room) *plus utilities * Security Deposit of \30,000 must be paid.

*Those who reside in Japan take only STEP1 and STEP2.

1: YJLS receiving the Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status from the Nagoya Immigration Bureau 2: YJLS confirming the payment from applicants 3: YJLS sending the Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status to an applicant or the applicant’s guardian 4: YJLS submitting the Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status and passport of an applicant to the Japanese embassy or consulate 5: Obtaining a Student Visa
